Dr. Nanjaraje S. Urs Conferred with PhD for Pioneering Research on Spiritual & Emotional Intelligence in IT/ITES Sector Amid COVID-19
Dr. Nanjaraje S. Urs has been awarded a PhD for his groundbreaking research on “Significance of Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Engagement in the IT/ITES Sector Amid the COVID-19 Crisis.” He received the prestigious degree from Thawar Chand Gehlot, Governor of Karnataka, during the 9th Convocation of CMR University, Bengaluru. His research was conducted under the expert guidance of Prof. Dr. Sandeepkumar Gupta and Associate Prof. Dr. Lavanya Kumari.
His study highlights the critical role of Spiritual Intelligence (SI) and Emotional Intelligence (EI) in enhancing employee resilience, motivation, and productivity, particularly during crises.
