Silver Screen to Racetrack – a Successful Drive
Team Ajith Kumar Racing, owned by actor Ajith Kumar, finished fourth at the gruelling Barcelona 24H Race and took third place in the AM class of the Michelin Creventic Porsche GT3 Cup. His Team comprises of himself and Fabian Duffieux, Mathieu Detry, Cameron McLeod, Gregory Servais, Huub Van Eyndhoven, Ralph Poppelaers (different combinations for various races).
Recently, the actor’s racing team delivered a remarkable performance at the European Endurance Championship 2025.
Ajith Kumar Racing was established in September 2024 to compete in various international racing series, including the European GT4 Championship and the 24H Series. The team is composed of seasoned drivers and has achieved several podium finishes, such as a second-place finish in Porsche 992 GT3 Cup category in the Creventic Endurance Series at Spa-Francorchamps and a third-place finish in Barcelona. They won a third place in the Creventic Endurance Series at the Mugello Circuit, Italy.
During the year Ajith Kumar has taken part in 24H Middle East Trophy – Porsche Cup, 24H European Series – Porsche Cup, Porsche Sprint Challenge Southern Europe, GT4 European Series – Porsche GT4.
Ajith Kumar Racing Team’s driver lineup for the forthcoming Asian Le Mans Series 2025-26 season also includes Indian race drivers Narain Karthikeyan and Aditya Patel. The Asian Le Mans Series 2025 is actually the start of the 2025–26 season, with the first two races held at the Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia on December 13–14, 2025. The season continues in February 2026 with two races in the UAE on January 31 & February 1 at the Dubai Autodrome and the finale at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi on February 7 & 8.
The Crevantic 24H Series will be on December 5 & 6 at Sepang, Malaysia, January 9 & 10 at Abu Dhabi and January 17 & 18 at Dubai.
Also on the calendar for the actor-racer are the Michelin Le Mans European Series 2026 and Crevantic 24H European Series.
